Accurately complete and retain all documents relating to any service that is performed.
Schedule customer service appointments.
Assign sequencing numbers to each customers order.
Accurately describe in a written format the nature of the vehicle's problem.
Accurately record all vehicle and customer data.
Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and offer for sale services that will satisfy those care issues and needs.
Communicate with all customers advising them of costs, details, changes, delays, and overall status of the work in progress to eliminate surprises and improve satisfaction.
Provide estimates for parts and labor.
Assure that payment for service is valid.
Handle telephone inquires with enthusiasm and tact.
Deliver repaired vehicles to the customer, answer any questions, preschedule a next service appointment, build loyalty and assure return visits.
Attend training sessions as needed.
Attend department meetings.
Maintain an accurate list of pricing and services.
